Go to ur frends id in your contactlist and press menu. Press the buzz button.

For example: If ur frends id is emas, then when u going to buzz him if it is say, "Do u want to buzz emas" then you arr in his contactlist. But if he has already deleted u then it wil say, "Sorry you are not able to buzz emas."
